While the federal government continues to flounder in addressing climate change, many states and cities are leading the way. Bill Magavern, the director of Sierra Club California , will offer up some lessons learned in California, joined by a panel of local environmental experts: Jim Simon (WNY Climate Action), Darren Kempner (Deputy Commissioner, Erie County Department of Environment and Planning), and Bill Nowak (Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Policy Research for NYS Senator Antoine M.
